A simple tool that makes it easier to talk about feelings with kids.

The Big Emotion Cards cover Anger, Calm, Curious, Embarrassed, Excited, Fear, Frustration, Joy, Sad, Shame, Surprise, and Worry. Each card helps a child recognize the feeling and gives you conversation starters to go deeper together. Print them at home and keep them handy for the moments when words are hard to find.

Ways to use them

There is no wrong way to use these cards. A few ideas:
